Any Order	Any Order made through our online store comes with promotional cards for its respective game (if they exist). Look at individual games to see what promotional cards ship with them.
$40+ USA Customers	If you live in the USA, you will get free shipping on orders over $40. There is a $5 shipping and handling fee otherwise. If you are overseas, you will always need to pay your shipping costs.
$100+	If you purchase $100 or more we will include the 2012 Microgames Collection for you as a free gift!
$100+ International Customers	If you purchase $100 or more (not including shipping) we upgrade your shipping to Priority International. This can save you up to 5 weeks waiting on your games (typical International Priority shipping is 1-3 weeks, versus 3-8 for First Class)

A few notes on shipping...

Shipping prices are applied after you enter your address but before you check out if you decide to check out with paypal. If you are ordering from outside the USA, please check out the shipping rate before clicking confirm!
Please be aware that if you are ordering internationally, customs charges may apply to your order. We mark boxes for customs based on the MSRP of their contents (the price you pay here, minus shipping), so please be familiar with your local customs laws and costs that may be required when you pick up an international order.
Shipping is free on orders containing only Digital items, naturally.
